Yes. Holders can upgrade tiers by acquiring the difference in MINT Tokens. Upgrades preserve all benefits accumulated at the previous level and unlock the additional perks of the new tier immediately.
Yes. Black memberships are intentionally limited to maintain the value of the strategic seat. Verification is required before acquisition. Details on the maximum supply will be disclosed in the final Cards compensation plan.
